Blood Bowl in York

Welcome to Orkshire! We're a Blood Bowl league for coaches of all levels of experience in and around York. Whether you're a seasoned coach or looking to get started in Blood Bowl you'll find a hearty greeting, as long as you take your fair share of dub skulls!

We host a regular league season with multiple divisions and a postseason cup where coaches across all divisions get thrown into the hat. Over the course of the year we have one day sessions of Sevens and Dungeon Bowl to make sure we have a great social scene.

Orkshire has two spiritual homes where most coaches tend to play - Wednesday nights you can find a lot of the coaches at the York Garrison Wargaming Club in New Earswick to the north of the City. Alternatively if you like your real ales then some coaches put down a pitch at Brew York in town where we're a part of the scenery. That said we're not prescriptive so coaches are welcome to arrange a time and a place to suit both players.
